About The Dealmaker's Circle (formerly Datasite Advisory Community)

The Dealmaker's Circle is a community made by dealmakers, for dealmakers. Comprised of capital markets professionals across investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development and affiliated advisors, The Dealmaker's Circle is global in reach. Members of this interactive community are encouraged to post topics or questions for discussions, engage in chat discussion groups, contribute to surveys and research, share ideas and thoughts. Members of The Dealmaker's Circle will have the opportunity to interact with peers, participate on in-person panels, submit feedback through surveys and polls, and access the latest content developed by industry experts. Importantly, the voice of this panel will also have a direct impact on the value of Datasite products and services, helping accelerate business success in the deal making community.

Registration:

In order to use this website, users must first complete the registration form and provide some personal information including demographic information and contact information. The Dealmaker's Circle uses your information (such as title, location, etc.) to invite you to appropriate research sessions. We also use the information you submit to interpret the results of our research. (For example, if we did a survey on data room usage we might report that 60% of Associates in Investment Banks utilize analytics daily.) The Dealmaker's Circle uses your contact information (such as name, email address, and postal address) to invite you to participate in The Dealmaker's Circle sessions and to pay you for your participation. The Dealmaker's Circle will not disclose your identity or any of your personally identifiable information without your authorization.
